Follow all rules as defined in the State of Georgia Month-to-Month Rental Agreement that all resident veterans are required to sign

Have DD-214 or retired military ID card

Have proof of ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)

Have proof of any and all income

Be ambulatory as we have no medical staff or personal medical assistance

Be mentally functional

Not using mental health medication but will review level 2 with no medication

Not be alcohol or drug dependent

Adhere to quiet hours (10:00pm to 9:00am) at all times

Do not enter pantry area (behind lobby counter) without volunteer staff escort

Have all visitors exit rooms by 10:00pm on weekdays and 11:00pm on weekends unless prior arrangements are made with management

Veterans will be offered meals when available and must follow the directions of volunteer office staff when meals are served
